As there are three types of investors that make up the investors category (please read page on “Type of investors”), we have designed and created two types of vehicles for investors to achieve their objectives:
Silver Service – This service has been designed and created with the short to medium term investor in mind. As a silver member, you will have access to all major auction houses throughout UK, new build direct from major house builders with favourable purchase price that is only available to our investors and finally properties in possession direct from bank receivers, asset managers and motivated sellers.
Silver service is suitable for both novice and experienced investors, however all due diligence must be carried out by you before committing yourself to purchasing your property. Silver Service members will receive daily updates of available properties in their chosen location and requirements via e-mail.

Gold Service – By far the most common and comprehensive service used due to its search, introduction and guidance service available in the UK and would benefit all three type of investors (short, medium and long term investors). As a gold member you will have all the benefits of silver service plus, you will be allocated your own dedicated personal investment advisor to search and seek out the best investment opportunity available in your chosen area.
All of our dedicated personal investment advisors have years of experience in the property investment business and have built personal contacts with auctioneers, asset managers, house builders and local estate agents who always have a selection of motivated sellers on their books which are only revealed to the investors agent.
Gold service is by far the investor’s favourite, due to the personal attention which you will receive from your dedicated personal investment advisor. Experience has proved over time that as a gold member you are likely to be more successful in investing in the right property and location which has a higher return on your investment, as your dedicated personal investment advisor will carry out all the due diligence on your behalf. And finally, you have the option to instruct your dedicated personal investment advisor to bid on properties chosen by you at auction.
