THE ROLE
Organisation Description
Due to an increase in business we currently require a senior sales consultant to work from our Crawley office to sell property portfolio’s starting from £1,000,000 to high net worth individual buyers/institutions throughout the UK.
Job Description
As sales consultant you will be responsible for selling property portfolios to high net worth individual buyers/institutions. You will be responsible for:
- Marketing of properties through online and other resources.
- Developing the portfolio of properties available.
- Viewings and valuations.
- Negotiation between buyers and sellers.
- Liaison with solicitors throughout the sale process.
- Other Ad-hoc tasks related to the development / maintenance of properties.
Personal Specification
The successful candidate must have experience within property industry and will need to be from a proven sales background or currently working as a property sales consultant. You will have a proven success with the ability to sell various portfolios to buyers. You will be adaptable, imaginative with excellent use of initiative.
In return we are offering a salary up to £35,000 along with a generous holiday entitlement, benefits package and commission structure.
