POSITION: LETTINGS MANAGER
• Job Location: Crawley, West Sussex • Sector: Property - Lettings Manager • Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 Basic Salary (P/A) + Benefit entitlement and commission structure • Job Type: Permanent |
THE ROLE
We now require an experienced Lettings Manager to cover our Crawley Branch.
The ideal candidate will need to be successful lettings professional with substantial experience within a senior role and have previous Management experience.
You should be able to demonstrate property management experience along with exceptional people management skills.
You will have a strong lettings background with the ability to motivate and inspire others to be the best that they can be.
You will have great leadership skills and be able to lead the branche to achieve outstanding results.
You will also be responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff, regular appraisals and training and development, in addition to motivating your teams, target and goal setting, driving business forward and identifying new business opportunities. Alongside this, you will also have full Profit and Loss responsibility and be responsible for achieving annual business plans for the branch.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Technical knowledge of lettings & management is essential and you will also need a sound understanding of good IT skills as well as bags of energy, commitment and enthusiasm. You need to be a strong leader who is experienced in managing teams within property industry.
You will also have that spark of innovation and creativity that will lead the reputation and vibrancy of the brand in your area.
