THE ROLE
Organisation Description
Due to an increase in business and a plan to double company operations within the next 3-5 years we currently require a Land/Property Buyer to work from our Crawley office to source and secure land in Surrey and Sussex area.
Job Description
As Land Buyer you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring land for future developments in sought after residential locations within Surrey and Sussex area. You will be responsible for sourcing and procuring new sites with the view to obtaining planning permission for new developments.
Personal Specification
The successful candidate must have experience within property procurement/development and will need to be from a proven Land Buying background or currently working as a land buyer. You will have a proven success with the ability to source and procure various sites for a varied range of developments. You will be adaptable, imaginative with excellent use of initiative.
In return we are offering a salary up to £50k along with a generous holiday entitlement, benefits package and commission structure.
