Standard service is suitable for both novice and experienced investors, however all due diligence must be carried out by you before committing yourself to purchasing your property.

Retained Service -

By far the most common and comprehensive service used due to its search, introduction and guidance service available and would benefit all three type of investors (short, medium and long term investors).

You will have all the benefit of the standard service above, plus:-

• You will have first refusal on all property investment opportunities as they become available
• Only the most lucrative and profitable opportunities are presented to you
• You will only be presented with “real value deals” (in terms of yield and price)

You will be allocated your own dedicated personal property advisor to search and seek out the best investment opportunities available in your chosen location.

All of our dedicated personal property advisors have years of experience in the property investment business and have built personal contacts with, asset managers, house builders and motivated sellers.

Retained Service is by far the investor’s favourite, due to the personal attention which you will receive from your dedicated personal investment advisor.

Experience has proved over time that retained clients are likely to be more successful in investing in the right property and location which has a higher return on your investment, as your dedicated personal property advisor will carry out all the due diligence on your behalf.
